Robert K. Biscoe, 71, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away May 16, 2008. He was born April 20, 1937 in North Tonawanda, New York the son of Percival and Gladys (Turner) Biscoe. He lived most of his life in Florida growing up in Jacksonville. He was sailor and a craftsman.He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his beloved wife Shirleen Biscoe of Cape Coral, FL, 1 son Robert William Biscoe and his wife Pepper Kellum Biscoe of Cape Coral, FL, 2 grandchildren Ginger Kellum Biscoe and Derek Kellum Runion, and 2 great-grandchildren Franklin D. Runion and Natalia Runion.
