I was introduced to Maggie during a down time of my life. Maggie was the epitome of a good friend from the outset. We had many good times together with our mutual friends, Jan Luckey and Ann Sylvia. Maggie and I kept in touch until just a few days before her unexpected death. She is loved and missed. God rest her precious, beautiful soul.

Dear Miss Maggie was such a special lady to me and I will miss her very much. We met and worked together on many projects for the Southwest Florida Symphony Society. When in FL, Maggie and I had a lunch date once a month. We would exchange books we had read, have "show and tell" of the craft project we were working on, talk about our "girls" (dogs) and about happenings since we had lunch the last time. Maggie always had some kind of embordery or cross-stitch she was working on for family members that she would bring to lunch. We always corresponded during the summer by e-mail. I last heard from her on July 4th. She always ended those messages with "miss you". She had such a twinkle in her eyes and an angelic smile. She was truly a dear friend to me. Miss you Dear Miss Maggie.

What a sweetheart! We will miss her so very much. I'll always cherish the memory of Maggie moving steadily among the tables at Symphony Society luncheons, basket in hand, twisting arms to sell her 50/50 tickets! Always a smile, a helping hand, an encouraging word.

Maggie was a special lady and I meet her through my mother who worked with her at the bank. She was always so kind and I don't think she ever meet a stranger. She loved her little girls as she always called them. Maggie will be missed by all of us. God has a very wonderful angel with him now.

I was shocked when I received the sad news from Jan Luckeys E-Mail today. I did not know Maggie was e ver sick, she did complain of knee problems but nothing serious. I could always count on Maggie to lift me up in times of illness , and I have had a few. Her kindness and encouragement will be missed., she was a dear friend and E- mail buddy since I moved from Fort Myera. I was one of her Bank buddies, we had lots of friends from there. My Sympathy to her family and friends who will miss her.. as I will.

Maggie was a such a happy person. I could always count on her to help me get the Symphony Society newsletter out as soon as possible. Despite the heavy boxes, she always was pleased to be part of the project. One of my favorite moments was playing Mrs. Santa along side Maggie as Mr. Santa at the Society's Christmas in Tuscany dinner. Naturally, Maggie was carrying her 50/50 basket! Maggie, I'll miss you as my happy friend and the Society will miss you as that happy worker.

We are so very grateful that God brought us to our home next door to Maggie (12 years ago this month) who truly made not only our house but our neighborhood a 'home.' Always smiling and with a kind word for and about everyone, that twinkle in Maggie's eye and in her spirit blessed everyone who knew and loved her. We will miss her so but have our precious memories to carry us and we are the richer for having had her in our lives. God Bless dear friend and we love you.
