Dennis John Davison, 62, of Fort Myers, passed away at HealthPark surrounded by his loving family. He was born January 26, 1946 in Portland, Maine to Helen and Walter Davison.He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Lynne; four beloved children Michele (Gregg Stearns) of Chesterfield, MI, Melissa Dube of Haddon Heights, NJ, Dennis W. (Mary Ann) Davison of Cape Coral, and Christopher of Fort Myers, four beautiful granddaughters, Amanda and Lauren Dube and Emily and Skylar Davison; his first wife Sharon Paolucci, two aunts, two nieces and several cousins, grand nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by both parents and his sister Donna Loisel Burhance.Prior to moving to Fort Myers, Dennis had a long and successful career with the Coca Cola Foods Division in Massachusetts and New Jersey. He started his own flooring business here in Fort Myers in 1996 with his wife and later, son Dennis. Dennis enjoyed golf, tennis and boating until his health prevented these activities. His wonderful sense of humor endeared him to all who knew him, and he leaves behind many friends and a family that will miss him everyday.

Lynne and Family, My deepest condolences to you during this very difficult time. I was very shocked and saddened by the passing of Dennis. I worked with him at Belmont Springs for 5 years and was blessed to have known such a fine man. I had lunch in Boston with Dick Black and Helen Chiasson last week as we reminisced about the "old Belmont Springs" and all the fun times we shared. Please accept my deepest sympathy and may God bless you and your family. He will be missed!
